Kirtan Shah

CO-FOUNDER & CEO

Kirtan Shah is a serial entrepreneur with deep expertise in Financial Planning and Education. As a former Executive Director at a BSE-listed NBFC, he brings firsthand experience across Banking, Treasury Management, and Wealth Management into every aspect of FPA’s teaching philosophy.

His mission when co-founding FPA was clear: quality finance education should not be a privilege for the few. Under his leadership, FPA has grown into a 6,00,000+ strong alumni community.  

He is a CFP-certified professional, Co-Author of 2 books on Capital Markets and Financial Services, a Board of Studies Member at multiple Indian colleges, and a regular finance guest on CNBC, TV18, Zee Business, ET Now, and BQ Prime.

Vishal Gada

CO-FOUNDER & CMO

Proactive is how you would describe Vishal Gada. With over a decade in education marketing spanning Navneet to ICICI, he has lived the full evolution of India’s education industry from the inside. 

In his last corporate role, Vishal set up and scaled an education division for a listed NBFC, growing it fourfold before co-founding FPA. A member of the first BMS batch at Mumbai University and an MBA graduate, he brings both academic grounding and real-world commercial instinct to FPA’s growth.

Jaishank Gupta

CO-FOUNDER & CFO

Jaishank Gupta is FPA’s numbers man and much more. An MBA from S.P. Jain, a CFA charterholder, and a CFP professional, his career at PwC gave him a deep foundation in taxation and business consulting. 

Beyond FPA, he runs a Financial Planning firm managing over Rs. 500 crore in wealth for 1,000+ clients. His ability to bridge the world of practice and education has kept FPA’s curriculum sharp, applied, and industry-current.  

A CFP-certified professional alongside his CFA Charterholder status, he brings a rare combination of academic rigour and real-world financial practice.
