Job Description : 

  • • Customer service assistant will be responsible to handle interactions with customers and with Mutual Fund      Companies over the phone and internet
  • Helps client with execution actions like buying mutual funds online and processing of the same
  • Non Sales profile.

Candidates Profile :  

  • • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • • Good command over English.
  • • Requires communication skills, both oral and written for working with clients.
  • Graduate
  • 2 years experience preferred
Salary : • CTC: As per Industry Norms + Bonus + Railway Pass + Mediclaim.
