Job Description :  

  • Coordinating with Clients for Data Gathering & Documentation enabling the Creation of Financial Plan Preparation.
  • Coordinating with Clients for Plan Executions after Plan Presentation.
  • Sorting out Existing Portfolio of Clients-Shares, Mutual Funds, Insurance etc. & calculate percentage allocation co- wise, sector wise, scheme wise etc.
  •  Analyzing existing Portfolio of Clients and Creating Readable, Printable reports.
  • Creating and monitoring the financial goals of clients.
  • Creating Product Presentation about New products, Mutual Fund Investment Scheme etc.
  • Preparing Half Yearly and Annual Review reports.
  • Meeting Clients with respect to their Queries and during the Course of Planning.
  • Making Minutes of the client Meetings and Updating in the Notes Section of Relevant Software& in Excel.
  • Sharing the Actions Post Meeting with Clients and Ensuring Completion of the same.
  • Allocating Work to other Team Members in respect to Client Requirements.
  • Coordination and Follow Up with the clients and team Members.
  • Coordinating between client and Life Insurance division for processing  insurance proposal
  • Coordinating between clients and insurance/MF division for client’s service request and report on adherence to SOP on clients service by our Ins/MF division
  • Getting information and preparing comparative analysis, presentation on various data points of various asset class e.g. Nifty Indices, Gold/FD rates for last 25 years, Real Estate rate trends etc.
  • Work on various software we have to research and to prepare various reports for business analysis and to improve service standards and sales & marketing
  • Coordinating with clients to update their risk profiling
  • Regular client feedbacks and surveys

 Candidates Profile :  

  • Qualification: Commerce Graduate.
  • A Person with an AMFI Qualification and an MBA and MBA (Finance) would be given a Preference.
  • A good academic record is essential.
  • CFP or equivalent (including Student Pursuing similar Educational Qualification)
  • Good Command over Excel, word, power point & Good command over written English
  • Basic Knowledge About Financial Planning, Mutual Fund, Insurance, Equity Market, Taxation etc.
  • Regular Reading on Key Events-Economics, Equity Market, Financial Market

Salary : As per Industry practice based on fresher or experience
