Job Description :   

Co-owning the growth targets of the company
Prospecting for new HNI clients and new HNI segments
Sourcing leads by organizing seminars / events / workshops / other lead generation activities and pursuing leads
Arranging events/workshops/seminars & preparing presentation material / other event related items with support from marketing team as needed
Conducting introductory meetings with prospects & creating & presenting proposals
Coordination with new client for sign-on and client onboarding including compliance paperwork
Organising client meets / workshops / events 
Coordinating with planning team for data gathering/ plan preparation/presentation by planning team
Agenda setting for plan and portfolio review meetings
Regular meetings with clients for plan and portfolio reviews to be presented by the planning team
Providing clients with information on new and existing products and schemes in coordination with planning and research team 
Keeping updated on the financial markets & products (Equities, Mutual Funds, Asset Allocation, Planning Trends, Alternate Investments, Macro Economy, Global events)
Coordinating with planning team to ensure implementation of advice

Candidates Profile :  

MBA/ post-graduation / any other professional qualification with minimum 2 years sales experience as business development / relationship manager / advisor / planner / wealth manager
Should possess high level of interpersonal and communication skills and be an effective team player
Should have an excellent track record of sales performance and achievement of revenue targets
This is a field job which involves travelling and meeting prospects on a daily basis
Candidate should be self driven and able to take sales initiatives and operate independently
Should be able to monitor and deliver results on targets 
Should have NISM V A MF certification and NISM X A(Level 1) and NISM X B (Level 2) Investment Advisor certification
CFP / CWM / CFA would be desirable
Experience in the area of financial planning / wealth management / investment advisory / capital markets would be an advantage
Should be able to understand stock markets, debt markets, mutual funds, insurance and other areas such as Gold, Real Estate, Commodities, Macroeconomics
Should possess thorough understanding of all relevant taxation and other laws relating to investments 
Should have very good numerical and analytical skills and flair for finance/ financial markets
